A webigrant is an individual that migrates from one website that is not meeting their needs to a website that they believe can offer them the access, space, assistance and/or in some cases improved services that they need.

Sam, her lover and their daughter transferred from a web community that could know longer provide the access, space, assistance and/or the improved web services they needed.

Sam, her daughter and their daughter became webigrants when switched from one web community to another.
