Located in the financial district, 200 Water Street was an NYU dorm until 2009. Afterwards, it was renovated into a luxury apartment building for privileged students and young urban professionals. Everyone hates these type of people, including the very people who live here. The 3rd floor has an annoying dog everyone hates. There are more food, drugs, and alcohol delivery men than actual tenants. The elevator commonly smells of cannabis-like odors, and also sweaty drunkards.
