This is literally the town that goop queen Gwyneth Paltrow has her weekend house in and current NYC chef Jean-Georges retreats to. The best way to spend a day in Waccabuc is to go cliff jumping at castle rock with the hopes that the residents don’t bitch you out for being an outsider.
