Used when someone who defines him self as a gangster, or somewhat of a know it all tells fact to his/her social crowd, to stronger his/her argument.

I know of a certain that it is true, vatopedia.
Stop acting like you are a know it all, you're not vatopedia.

A condition where a female has a naturally occurring baldness around the vaginal area. As "alopecia" is the medical term for hairloss from one's scalp, vagopecia refers to the female genital region.
