A sleazy property-sales/rentals advertiser who totally "puffs" the details of his otherwise-boring/ordinary listings. See "castle in the air" vacation cottage for a prime example.

I always personally travel to an address and actually see and inspect the property before I decide whether to buy or rent it... too many unrealtors out there!
