a disease characterized by the uncontrollable urge to Facebook/Twitter/Blog/MSN/talk about anything Twilight-related. Sufferers are usually normal in appearance, but upon closer examination, faster heartbeat and dilated pupils can be observed. Sufferers will experience an increase in adrenaline upon any exposure to Stephanie Meyer material.

Dude, my girlfriend's got a total case of the Twilititous...she won't shut up about Team Jacob VS Team Edward and is constantly gushing about that stupid movie. she wants me to dress up as either a werewolf or a vampire the next time i do her. WTF. FML.
