Very old rhyming slang for tits - has been used since the 18th Century in the UK.

Sexual intercourse with a prostitute while standing up against a street wall.
Old street slang, meaning sexual intercourse while standing upright with the prostitute against a wall for a tuppenny. Today it means a quick shag with a prostitute for a small some of money, typically £5. Hense, tuppenny upright, quickie against the wall for a small sum.

threepenny upright 

cheap (inexpensive) prostitute.(obs.) word from Victorian England. threepenny (thrup'ny) was the price, upright was the position (to facilitate speed, therefore rapid turnover of customers), "the deed" was frequently done in alleyways. Known use found in Bertolt Brecht's "The Beggar's Opera".

Threepenny Bit are a traditional folk band based in Southampton. They are famous for having a drum kit made out of bits and pieces, and busking in the streets of Hampshire on a daily basis.
