Tresbag is a portmanteau originally formed, circa 2006, from "trespass" and "peakbag" (the noun or action of reaching the highest point of a mountain/peak/hill/etc.) but can be applied to any trespassing activity where an off-limits or private property objective is in mind, such as to bag a lake or to swim in a country club's pool in the middle of the night.
If you get permission (from the landowner, government, et al) to do the "bagging" activity, then it's not technically a tresbag.
Tresbag can be a noun or a verb.

Hey Jeb, that off-limits hill on the military base is a really difficult tresbag.
or
Hey Jeb, I successfully tressbagged that little summit on the military base last night because the armed guard did not see me.
