Synonymous with Garbage Gut

Someone who eats poor quality food or junk food often and doesn't give a fuck about it, resulting in obesity, or other various health problems from not eating correctly. Trash guts often like fast food places and they are immune to food poisoning of any kind because they've grown immunities to the bad bacteria by being exposed to them often.

A man or woman who has little or no integrity and treats others poorly. They are selfish, mean, inconsistent and have no respect for others. Someone whose actions consistently show they need to be taken out with the rest of the trash

That girl is absolute gutter trash and she can stay outside until the garbage man comes on Tuesday
