Is when a person identifies themselves with a physical sex that is different to their own biological one, A medical diagnosis can be made if a person experiences discomfort as a result of a desire to be a member of the opposite sex. for example a person may be born male, and is uncomfortable with their gender as a male and changes to a female, or a female may change to a male. It is a long process that they will go through and an expensive one too. "Transgender"

Tradsexualist

One who holds traditional sexual attitudes in most cultures not defined by modern Western gender identity and sexual hang-ups. There is no gay or straight, nor one's same-sex desires or experiments resulting in sexual identity. For example, a man having sex with another man didn't mean they were gay, but merely wanted to get off. Or the natural tendency to appreciate men and women equally, or experience sexual desires beyond the limitations of one's bodily predetermined attractions.

Tradsexualism is sexuality divorced from sexual identity.

"I'm a tradsexualist. Tradsexualism means I want to get married and have kids some day, but I don't mind experimenting and trying new things."

"Eventually I want to settle down in a tradsexualist life. Having gay sex or orgies doesn't define who I am. I want to try different things before settling down with a family."

"I'm not gay or straight or bisexual. I don't do sexual identity. I'm a Tradsexualist that wants to enjoy sex and experimenting without being labeled by society."
