Some people are extremely afraid of the wonderful creations known as toenails.

The main reasons people develop this fear is because they are afraid of being seen as a person with a foot fetish.
Another reason people develop this fear is because of ingrowing toenails.

Person 1: I think I have toenailphobia
Person 2: Dang. I guess you cant look at toenails anymore...
