tictoxic
tictoxic ; is when newly classed criminals, in cage themselves with chemicals, usually locked in with a tattoo. Meaning they can almost become superhuman. But a lesson learned, is that the chemicals are unforgiving and most of the time results in death or major illness.
The person, tictoxic, had to use desease retardant daily or would become unwell. There was nothing else that could be done. Although, was always very drug affected, not quite superhuman by definition.
