When one achieves 25 or less points in a 4-race cup of Mario Kart he or she is subject to a minor penalty called The Thog. The player must pull their underwear up into their ass crack in a thong-like fashion, and jog down the hallway and back.
Because Mike only got 24 points, he had to perform The Thog. Luckily no one opened the door while he frolicked down the hall.
