The Dirty Burger is when you shove raw hamburger meat into a girls asshole.
After you shove the meat in she then pushes it back out into a bowl or plate as if she's taking a shit. You then take the meat and form it into a hamburger patty and cook it on the grill to your liking, you then put it on a bun and eat it. You now have created The Dirty Burger.
