Structural Training 

A biomechanical system created by Christian Cassarly in 2018. It teaches a person how to double their strength instantly by contracting the muscles closest to their bones in conjunction with their normal musculature at the same time.

It also includes a second part called muscular support which teaches you how to contract and relax surrounding muscles along with your normal muscular for a specific action for triple and quadruple your strength. Sometimes even more.

Christian Cassarly has raised people out of wheelchairs and eliminatedted a need for ambulatory assistance with his system.

It is also known to completely eliminate pain through neuronal cross wiring and increased blood circulation.

I use it and it is a superpower for me.
