Happening once every sprint (typically a 1-2 week development cycle in Agile teams). Used to describe tasks, meetings, or events that recur at the start, end, or during every sprint.
"We have a sprintly demo where everyone shows what they’ve built since the last sprint."

"My manager schedules a sprintly retrospective, so we can complain about all the bugs we created last week."

"We do sprintly code reviews to catch all the ‘temporary’ hacks people sneak in."
