When you are a mix of grumpy and sleepy. Hence, being grumpy due to being sleepy.

Andrea: I'm tired, and getting grumpy.

Casey: It's okay, here's a hug.
Andrea: Get off of me, I hate when people touch me when I'm slumpy.

Most often used in marketing and media interpellation, a slumpy is a socially liberal, urban-minded, physically conservative yuppie between the ages of 18 to 36.
