A polite way of telling your friend that you think that a girl is a slut.

Guy: Hey, look at that slut in that short dress!
Girl: Excuse me, that's a hurtful thing to say! Call her a sloot magoo, that's a less offensive way to put it.
Guy: Sorry, yeah that sloot magoo over there in her slooty magoo dress!
Girl: Yeah your right! Can't believe she would wear something like that!
