Skill tissue
A skill tissue is a body tissue located in the brain. At times, a rupture may appear in the tissue, which is non-lethal, but will create a skill issue. Usually, this rupture will heal through breaks from any activities that require high concentration, or through higher exposure to these activities, however the former is highly preferred to the latter.
