Wife and husband or girlfriend and boyfriend are arguing, and for some reason, the subject of his mother comes up, to rub his face in dirt, she calls her a 'shrike'.
Wife/girlfriend: Your mom is a freakin' shrike!
Husband/boyfriend: No she isn't!

The literal devil incarnate shaped like a cute bid. this bird is the literal devil as it captures its prey at impales them alive and leaves them to die then rips them apart so it can eat them easier. Shrikes are literal devils.
