Similar to scumbag but in a banter sense, a scumboat is someone your friendly with but has annoyed you in some way mainly in a jokey way

“Which one of you scumboats has hid the pool ball” or “here it is, late as always f*****g scumboat”

One who hails from the kingdom of PODS. A modern day warrior and international man of mystery and wealth. Fluent in Women, Bourbon, Golf, and of course fulfilling its PODS Kingdom reign as it ascends into the heavens.
