Often found in the sands of South Africa .. it has recently been spotted in some remote & snow filled areas in North America. Even on occasion, Baby Scufuffle's are found on windshields. Due to the awkward shape of the feet and toes in some of these Baby Scufuffles, experts have pinpointed their origins to that of the Mongo Tribe of Vibe Island.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
