Safchuk

(Verb) A ninja move in which the Safchuk-er grabs the Safchuk-ee in an enormous bear hug and squeezes the life out of them, usually resulting in either a few cracked ribs or an extreme warm and fuzzy feeling. Pronounced with emphasis on the "chuk".
