Sarcastic Heifer
An individual with a particular form of sarcasm focused on making light of situations that contain traumatic or otherwise sensitive content, regardless of whether the folks she is joking with perceive it as such. Typically associated with a heavy southern accent which becomes accentuated when being used by the sarcastic heifer.
Joleen was a sarcastic heifer when she joked about the fact that Hell is going to be one heck of a party
