A weird boy who thinks he is funny. He makes some very dry jokes which sometimes are funny but usually not. He laughs about his own jokes way too much, it's kind of sad. For the rest, he is a great guy, who for some reason does great with girls.

Girls 1: Have you met Rombout?

Girl 2: Yes, I think i'm in love!

I rescued a overweight clumsy elderly Chihuahua dog who's name was Toto, but she was a female so I renamed her RompaToto.
