The so called "Rokam zajednica" (RZ) is a notourious gang from New Belgrade, centered around The Pavillions and the 44th block. They go under the slang P3 (3P - "trip" in reverse, and becuase 3 is a cyrylic symbol for the letter Z and P is the letter R ), 203 (P is the 20th letter of the cyrillic alphabet). It was formed by Dan3K, a rapper from The Pavillions and Miki8A, a former skinhead from the same area. Since they've gathered almost 20 active gang members.
