A great way of failing on english (if you are portuguese) and you ment to say REPORT (aka, relatório in portuguese).

Guy 1: So I heard you like doin' your relatory.
Guy 2: No, dude, it's pronounced REPORT.

The current state of most of the U.S. government, in which regulatory agencies get controlled by the very groups they are supposed to be regulating.

The FCC is under regulatory capture by big telecom companies like Verizon and AT&T.
