The act of running with little clothing in order to get a good tan. Ranning allows for both good muscle tone and good skin tone.

B: Nope, I went ranning yesterday for two hours without my shirt on and now I'm buff and tan!
M: I'll have to try that! I hate wasting time laying on the beach.
