When he started ramping up, I knew it was time to beat feet & get the Hell outta there! Whilst at the concert, we started ramping up as the fevered pitch of hearing Kickass Rock Music really got our adrenaline going!

Usually used when promoting your own material to a wider audience.

Noun: A psychological condition in which one can only be motivated to action by the offering of money, usually through the process of "I bet you..." bartering.

Verb: The act of being a complete money whore.
Subject A: "Are you going to attend your grandmother's funeral?"
Subject B: "How much do you bet me that I will go to my grandmother's funeral?"
