Qamrul is an Arabic Name given to the most prestigious people. The name can be literally translated to Qamr (قمر meaning “moon”) and ul (ال meaning “of the”).

It’s given to those individuals who are dignified as it’s a title/name. Somewhat used as a cultural norm in most Persian cultures.
