The scale on which you rate your computer's ability to do computer functions or play games. Usually something most of your friends in the PCMR forget to take into account.

Friend: "Dude, how are you rubber-banding in rocket league? You have a ping of 2?!"
You: "You've obviously forgotten the potato factor"

The Irish Potato Factory

When you have gotten your girlfriend drunk off of bailey's and bran muffins, stick it in her ass and pull out quickly. the result, is the makings of many small potato like droppings, hence the Irish potato factory. ;)
