When one person throws a slow moving punch at another person, while having their pinky finger sticking out like it's tea time, and connecting only with the pinky nail its self. Resulting in nothing more than a possible scratch on the opponent.

Person 1: I jabbed her lip with my pinky finger...
Person 2: Not the ol pinkyjab !?!
