pin of shame 

The pin of shame, most commonly seen on YouTube or Instagram, occurs when somebody in the comments section of the specific post gets pinned (highlighted at the top of the comments section forever for everyone to see, until the creator of the post unpins them) to show how unnecessary, how idiotic, or how stupid their comment is. These are mostly seen happen on controversial posts. Pins of shame also usually get ratioed in the reply section of that comment.

When someone needs the attention they didn't get as a kid, comments something stupid on a video. Gets pinned on the video, and mocked to death.
