When you are on rotations for pharmacy school, and your preceptor/pharmacist helps you make a clinical decision or suggests one.

After my preceptor pointed out that I should used weight based dosing for my patient, I thanked him for the pharm assist.

Also known as a drug dealer. Someone who sells drugs on the streets.

When I grow ip I wanna be a street pharmasist like my brother.

Unliscensed Pharmascist 

Another way of saying drug dealer. It normally is seen in YouTube videos where the person has to mention a drug dealer but doesn't want to get in trouble or get demonitized.

Yeah....we'll just call him an unliscensed pharmascist.
