A word blend of "perhaps" and "maybe." Often used in reply to a question.

Jon: "Do you want to go to bowling tonight, Garfield?"
Garfield: "Mmm...perhaybe."
Jon: "Go fuck yourself!"
Garfield: "Mmm...perhaybe."
