Pellogra

A mysterious unknown girl who often hides behind a false identity so as not to get hurt. Can often seem quite confident but isn’t really. Has a close friendship group who see the true identity of the Pellogra but not really popular.

Pellagra 

a) A disease caused by vitamin B-3 and tryptophan deficiency, characterised by the four D's: Diarrhoea, Dermatitis, Dementia and Death.

b) A state of total drunkenness, characterised by the four D's.

c) An alternative name for a homosexual orgy, characterised by four D's (or more, its up to you).

b) Did you see Gillian last night? She was absolutely Pellagra'd.
