A person who envy and hates other peoples success and money, they ussually will diss and hate because they can't get it, they can either hate on the money itself or in the people getting it.
paper hater: Hey, you are so wrong, you don't even have a life and just think about your money.
people: Come on dude, don't be a paper hater
