Panhavuth is a person that will be there for the person in need (most of the times). He will be by your side no matter if you try to shoo him away. He may be dry, but in heart he is kind. He oftens make a lot of mistakes which may lead to un thinkable solutions. But his soft sides will give you a spark of joy. He will try to make up time or make time to talk to you.
