A man in his 50s usually hangs around ttp interchange or Grove village rolling dogs. he wears a dusty coat and tech fleece pants with red entays. HE goes around to people saying "Phone thanks" and if they dont give it up he says "Are you refusing" Then kicks your legs out and says " You just got palm dogged". He smokes cones all day in the school toilets and gets suspended and focus rooms all the time. His favourite word is dog. He rolled a grove seccy for his walkie talky. then got lockup for a night. when he got out he racked from OTR
