HE goes around to people saying "Phone thanks" and if they dont give it up he says "Are you refusing" Then kicks your legs out and says " You just got palm dogged". He smokes cones all day in the school toilets and gets suspended and focus rooms all the time. His favourite word is dog. He rolled a grove seccy for his walkie talky. then got lockup for a night. when he got out he racked from OTR
