P.C.F.C.P.

The Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Also abbreviated as S.F.S.R. (Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) Full Russian form: Российская Советская Федеративная Социалистическая Республика (Rossiyskaya Sovetskaya Federativnaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika).
