Oostburger 

A food item eaten in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin combining a bratwurst and a hamburger in a Sheboygan hardroll. Named after Oostburg, WI just south of Sheboygan where the concoction may have originated.
Also known as a "pork and beef" or more comonly as a "combo".
"Can you get me two double brats, a hamburger and an Oostburger from the bratfry down by the church there, ja?"
