A road you drive in the same direction as everyone else on... Most of the time.

My sister-"There's no traffic going the same way as me on this road!"

Me-"That's cause it's a one way street you idiot."

When you don't get treated with the same amount or love or respect. One sided affection.

I used to love this girl Cristina but I eventually found out it was a one way street kind of love.
