Noun. A derogatory term used to describe a stay at home mom, often rich, who spends a majority of her time managing nannies and house keepers.

" Jane takes a lot of pride being a stay at home mom, but she is really just a nanager."

" Jane takes a lot of pride being a stay at home mom, but she is really just a nanager."

B: "What does Jane do for a living?"

K: " Technically she is a stay at home mom; but with a maid and three nannies, I would say she is a nanager."
