1) a person who mumbles when they talk so that you cannot understand what they are saying.
2) a person who mumbles so all you hear is buzzing sounds

Rob: Dunno...all i hear is buzzing...
Alisa: *buzz buzz*
Andrew: Yea...freakin mumble bee!
