Mow off is to go somewhere fairly far away from your home for a week/weekend for no other reason than to drink beer and get extremely bladdered!

In addition, they have been know to wake their neighbors on the weekend with the sound a lawnmower.
The neighbors decided she was a major Mowoff when they woke up to find a spiral pattern mowed into her lawn.
