A slang from Maracaibo, Venezuela, "Miarma" or sometimes spelled "Mialma" literally means "my (mi) soul (alma)."
Though its origins seem to come from Seville, Spain, in Venezuela it's used in response to something that is weird, unusual or unexpected. It is usually combined with the word "mardita" to accentuate.

this person is a loving and caring person.You love children and would not hesitate to care for any children who might need you.
