mehallowing

The action of avoiding your family member(s), roommate(s) or other close contacts by serial dating, usually accomplished through the use of many online dating apps.

1. Our best friend hasn’t been able to hang out with us in two weeks because they’ve been either working or mehallowing.
2. When Joe started putting passive aggressive post-it notes around the apartment to get his roommate Ben to do more chores, Ben started mehallowing instead.

3. I was having bad luck on Tinder going out on one date every few months, but once I started mehallowing, I was going on at least 3 new dates a week!
