Refers to an incision or tearing done to enlarge the urethra. The practice often envolves from masturbation with an instrument that has been inserted into the urethra. People increasingly larger the implements in the urethra to tear the tissue. Others cut one or two sides of the urethra and pack the area to kep the sides from mending together.
