First used by tweakers, as a affirmation of product excellence, immediately after utilizing meth\ice\dope of superior quality. Over time broadened to describe other drugs of distinction mislabeled as "dope" (i.e. marijuana) . Alongside the rising popularity of phrases like, "that was dope!" it became a piggin equivalent, used as a description, encompassing anything awesome in nature.
