2) n. (abbr) Masquerade Ball.

e.g - The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Community Center threw a masquerade ball called MasQ on February, 9th 2019 in Brooklyn, NY.
Beyoncé: Oh, Lamar? I think he’s masQ.

Tacara: So he’s gay then?

Beyoncé: It’s not really the same. You see sometimes people mistake him for gay. But most of the time people don’t assume anything.

Tacara: I don’t get it. Why not just say you’re queer and be done with it?

Beyoncé: Sure, that works too. It’s just that masQ is a little more specific. It says I’m queer, but some of the big strong macho man stuff is fun for me.
